Can I choose the sweets that go into the Boxes?
Yes, you can fill your box with your favorite sweets from our premium selection, including Kinder Bueno, Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello, or Lindor. On special request in advance, we can also fill the boxes with different sweets or chocolates.Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What is the delivery time for the Boxes that are in stock?
Our standard delivery ensures that your Premium Sweet Treat Box arrives within 3 working days.
What if the Premium Sweet Treat Box I want is out of stock?
If the box you want is out of stock, the waiting time is around 3 weeks. We will notify you of any delays and keep you updated on the status of your order.
Can I return a Premium Sweet Treat Box if I change my mind?

What is the order processing time for Sweet Bouquets?
Our standard order processing time is within 2-3 business days after you place your order and we receive payment.

All orders are shipped with AnPost (standard post). Delivery within Ireland usually takes 3 working days. The delivery time for international shipping depends on the destination country (which varies from 5-15 working days.
Please keep in mind that all times are estimates.
Delivery is Monday to Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During sale periods and due to high order levels there may be a slight delay in receiving your order. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.
Please Note:
Each product sold on the sweetbouquets.ie website has an estimated delivery time. We endeavour to deliver to the times as soon as possible, however on rare occasions delays may occur which are outside of our control.
Items sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.

Do we deliver same day?
Unfortunately, we do not deliver at the same day.
We cannot offer delivery on specific dates or at specific times. Estimated delivery times will be calculated by the courier.

This will allow you to monitor the progress of your delivery until it reaches your doorstep.

Do you send billing information with the order?
No, we never include an invoice or billing information with orders. A printed confirmation with product details and gift note will be included.A detailed receipt will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
What are the guidelines for providing a delivery address?
When providing us with a delivery address please complete all applicable fields during the checkout process.
An Irish contact number, an e-mail and an Eircode are essential for timely delivery.
If we cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or because the receiver is not available we will not be liable to refund or replace your order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
How do you package my order for delivery?
We take pride in making certain that each item ordered is delivered in excellent condition.Your items will be carefully packed in professional packaging and bubble wrap.

Destinations & Rates
It should be noted that delivery times are not guaranteed and are only estimated based on working days. If there are bank or public holidays, the estimated delivery times will be longer.
Nationwide Ireland - Usually 3 working days
All orders are shipped with An Post (standard post). Delivery within Ireland usually takes 3 working days from the time they collect from us.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided by email to you when your order has been processed. Once we hand the order over to the courier the fastest and easiest way to get updates on your order is to track it directly with AN POST as it is no longer in our possession or control.
Cost is €6.75.
Keep in mind if you order in the evening or weekend that it will be packed and sent for delivery the following working day.

Please note that Sweet Bouquets cannot be held responsible for damage to packages (heat or otherwise) that may occur during shipping. We work hard to prevent any damage during transit; however, once the products leave our location, any damage that may occur is out of our hands. We are also not responsible for delays caused by our shipping provider due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Do you accept returns for chocolate gifts?
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any of our chocolate gifts, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.
What should I do if my order is delivered in poor condition or damaged?
If your order is delivered in poor condition or damaged during transit, please inspect your order upon receipt, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and provide details and photographs of the damage via email at info.sweetbouquets@gmail.com.
We will assess the issue and offer either a replacement or a refund depending on the nature of the complaint.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

For any issues with your order, such as damage, poor quality, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. For items damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the item being marked as delivered.
